CUSTODIANS OF LIFE AND FAMILY MINISTRY
All men of the parish are invited to join the Custodians of Life and Family Ministry.
Every Monday, we gather to pray the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM, lifting up our families, the dignity of life, and the needs of our community.
Come and be part of this time of prayer and brotherhood!
Volunteers Needed – Perpetual Chapel Substitutes
Our parish is still looking for volunteers to serve as substitutes for our Perpetual Chapel hours. Substitutes help cover for our adorers when they are unable to attend due to vacations, appointments, or other occasions.
If you are able to help and spend time in prayer in the chapel, please consider signing up as a substitute adorer. Your
support helps ensure our chapel remains a place of continuous prayer.
For more information or to volunteer, please contact Mario Alfaro, coordinator of the group, at 256-668-5518
Natural Family Planning (NFP) Resources
Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a safe, effective, and natural way for couples to understand and work with God’s design for fertility and family life. NFP methods are based on observing the natural signs of fertility within a woman’s cycle and can be used to achieve or postpone pregnancy without drugs or devices.
The Birmingham Catholic Engaged Encounter website offers trusted information, class options, and resources for couples interested in learning more about NFP.
Whether you are engaged, newly married, or continuing to grow in your marriage, these resources can help deepen communication, respect for life, and marital unity.
